I'm pretty sure the bad English and German accent are part of her brand so she has zero incentive of fixing either. And I agree that she is even more annoying in GNTM. I was also so very taken aback by Queen of Drags, mostly because we were all worried that she would treat the Queens like she does her "Mädchen". When they showed the queens in a good light on camera, I was really disappointed that Heidi and ProSieben were blatantly making sure grown adult men were treated much better than partly underage and just-of-age girls and women. I'm not saying that I wanted them to mistreat the queens. I love them! But the sexism hit me in a really painful way.

Anyway, yeah, Heidi has been way more annoying on GNTM than she ever was on Project Runway, and apparently she's decided to dial up the annoyance factor for the new show.
