I kinda think that it's something BOTH House and Wilson would do, but Wilson's version comes out more psychobabble-y and focused on what it means for the individual person and their emotional/mental well-being.
While House's analysis would be bound to be blunter and focused on what it might say about people in general, or a group of people, or that person's place in a group.
