Part of me is thinking "That's terrible!" but then I remember that people are assholes. xD Same thing happened to me, I was really involved in a community for months. Lots of "friends" and crap. I go abroad for a fortnight, and suddenly nobody cares anymore. People are scum. xD

But, it's good you found a better fandom to be in. xD I just sorta gave up after that happened to me, and I now just lurk around various websites. xD
