I haven't listened to all of his songs, but from the ones I have --
He's a comedian. They like to make fun of people, and they need material. Basically the most common topic in all of human history is romance, so it's only natural a comedian would want to write (well, sing) about that. He goes for the humor value in, well, misogyny, which is a big cause of loneliness, an easy topic for people to make fun of. Understanding something and condoning it are two different things, and I doubt he's condoning the attitudes in that any more than those of GlaDos or zombies.
You also listed Baby Got Back up there, which I would have thought was obviously covered as a parody.
If there's interviews or something, I'm game for judging the guy, but just because he presents misogynist attitudes in his work doesn't mean he is one.
