I've seen my memories on FB of when I tried fencing with longsword one time and have thought of picking it up for real this time. And just to make things even better, there's a group starting up in my "village".
The problem is that I've done the couch potato life for quite a while and I need to get into some shape before september. Do you have any tips to get going? Only hard limit is no running because my shins can't take it.
