There are several ways. The biggest one that comes to mind is that he sees Potter under the invisibility cloak and actually winks at him before he casts the AK on Dumbledore. So much for his ambiguous role for those who haven't read the last book. But even for those who had, it was fun debating if he was good or evil, and that wink just tosses everything out the window.

I think it's less that sexism is a given in this fandom than the fact that they're taking cues from the show. "Demon slut." "Demon whore." "What do you and this demon slut do in the dark?" Call her a demon all you want, but plz be desisting with the sexual slurs.

Not only that, but I loved that the character's perfectly happy to go after what she wants. Oh wait- that constitutes "slut", apparently. Nevermind. /sarcasm

That's good. I hope she ends up in something that interests me. Really, though, she should have stayed gone after s3. The end of s3 when she left for Paris was actually an excellent closure to her character's storyline and let her leave with dignity. It was after that that it turned almost unbearable.

My original point was that the Dan in the movie was better looking and less dorky than comic Dan. And my corresponding point is that Malin looks way younger than 36. Movie Dan looked like he was sleeping with a young lady, whereas comic Dan hooked up with an adult woman who looked her age.

That's the most misguided use of the phrase "obvious poster is obvious" I've ever seen. Having seen Wonderfalls and Pushing Daisies (and most Wonderfalls fans HAVE seen Pushing Daisies, if they're smart), that's pretty much the default position -- that the fact that they were canceled is terrible and difficult to understand, I mean. And the fact you want a crossover hardly singles you out either.
I totally agree with you, I just get tired of that overused phrase, especially when it doesn't fit the secret.
