Seriously, Unohana needs more screen time, development, and love. She could be the most kick-ass character (Seriously a medical professional ON TOP of being a shinigami - and not just any shinigami, but one with decades of experience? Ohsnap, sign me up now).
If I were to join any squad, 4th would be my first choice just because I could work under her and learn from her.
(And this just made me realize that I need to get an Unohana icon). :/
