I still hate Daylight savings in general, but it’s kind of helping me this time with my absolutely insanely out of whack circadian rhythm. Having one less hour, “springing forward” as they say, means I have slightly less time to wait to go to bed tonight after I try to force myself to stay up all day for the first time in weeks. I’d like to get a more normal sleep schedule soon, so waking up at 2 in the morning doesn’t feel like I got lucky and slept in anymore. And that’s not hyperbole. So usually, screw Daylight savings. But right now, I’ll take all the help I can get.
