Why is this phrased as a question? Are you not sure, because you didn't actually do any research? Or is it because you know that deep down the "apologies" were somewhere in the range of non-apologetic to barely-apologetic, never quite getting to the core of the atrocities?

Also, ayrt didn't limit the countries to European, so I'm not sure where you're getting that from.
