I know what you mean about the shoulders. My build is like top half = guy, bottom half (hips included) = girl. The only characters I could play are the ones with flowy robes and such that hide this because I look so off balance. It's also why I can't dress girly even though I want to, because most pretty clothes are not designed for people like me.
