It doesn't really take that much effort to follow someone who's moved - they can say you don't care enough to read across platforms just as easily as you can say they don't care enough to post across.

Sure, anyone who just up and switches without a word is being kind of douchebaggy, but I don't see any functional difference in refusing to crosspost and refusing to set up a feed.
