I agree that it's not unfair to identify him by name! I do appreciate where you're coming from.

Also another question - multiple have said that Kurtzman owns the Star Trek universe and.... is that actually true? Like, what's meant by that? I thought Paramount owned the Star Trek franchise and IP?
