I didn't say I was bothered by them actually being flamboyant, I said I was bothered by the fact that I think doing that and then turning around and going ACCEPT US!!!! when they know people won't is kind of... strange.

And this is why I said "I wish people could just tone down the blatantness and just... you know, blend in, without feeling like they're giving up their 'identity.'"
