Can you elaborate? I can already tell I should probably skip these which is a bit of a bummer because I was just thinking about reading them. Someone gave me those books ages ago and I smiled and said all the right things for a well intentioned gift. But I’ve never read them and had forgotten they existed until 2-3 days ago when a Wikipedia rabbit hole landed me on Mel Brooks’ page.

I’m the opposite; I bailed on the MCU before Civil War (I think it was Age of Ultron? Hard to say because the movies were very samey for a bit). I’ve never regretted it and haven’t been interested in catching up or anything. But I’m all in on anything and everything Deadpool!

No clue what OP is talking about. World War Z is amazing (handbook is more a technical guide to "fighting zombies"). The audiobook is just A++++. Based on social media, Max Brooks (like his father) are liberal.
