You never had a grilled peanut butter sandwich? Melty PB is great.

I would imagine they just make toast and put peanut butter and jelly on it? Or maybe I'm wrong, but I feel like like making the sandwich and then putting it in the toaster would just make a mess.

That's how I used to do it as a kid. I loved a good toast fluffernutter as a treat.

I partially toast the bread and make the sandwich, then I put it in the toaster oven. I have a catch pan underneath in case the peanut butter escapes but usually I’m watching the whole time and don’t have any disasters.

It’s especially delicious with bananas or marshmallow fluff but I don’t have those in the house so it was just plain peanut butter tonight.
