That is a special type of thing that used to only apply to people who had been here before and already had court and were told to leave. It means no judge unless you express fear of return. Now they are claiming it applies to anyone who met up with the government within two years of coming into the country.

The law does not support that. But the fight will take a while, and meanwhile a lot of people who have been here for decades and have families and should get due process won't get it.
