What is everyone doing this weekend?

My nephew is doing his birthday at an amusement park so my neice will be with us. We are going to make a cake and also visting the library. It's going to be hot and humid so no outdoor activities. Hoping to get a nap in at some point but with a 6yo around, who knows if that will happen.

I love a credits sequence with a strong concept and execution. That's where the designers/animators/musicians really get to shine.

Anyone who thinks it's mostly feminine men and masculine women who get written as trans or that every post-transition character is written as extremely gender-conforming isn't actually engaging with enough trans headcanons to know what they're talking about. Your own bias about what you think being trans is is showing.

How did you miss all the homewrecker accusations in media and from the general public? She got more flack than he did and he’s the one who actually cheated. I’ve always thought that was partly because she was a punchline for years before that (blood vial necklaces, anyone?) but also good old fashioned misogyny where the other woman is blamed instead of the dude who can’t control his dick. And let’s be clear: you’re part of the problem since you think she should have faced backlash.

She was a weirdo and didn’t have much credibility on or off screen. He was a media darling who also happened to have a lot of success on screen and each role was more critically acclaimed than the last. In terms of the public eye, their relationship legitimized her while hurting him.

ykinmkato. besides, if you're force-fem slashing someone isn't it implicit they aren't fem to start with? otherwise a) the fem wouldn't need to be forced and b) it wouldn't be slash, it would be het.

if it's about fic featuring explicitly abusive misgendering as a kink, which is different from force fem as a kink... what makes this different from every other thing that would be against your morals IRL?
