7. I understand. Sometimes, when you start associating fandom with the source material, the other fans can really ruin the game for you. Especially so when things get overly personal. I actually got into a few problems with some people I met in the Symphonia fandom, and for a while that ruined the game for me.

The best I can do is remember why I loved the game in the first place and that helped me forget the hate. I'm not exactly sure what happened to you, but maybe remembering why you loved the game and the character in the first place might help.
