The dependency is entirely a fandom invention based on the fact that they have the same hair and are both lawyers, so obviously Klavier must idolize his big brother, right?
Considering Kristoph's a defense attorney and Klavier decided to become a prosecutor, I find it more likely Klavier thought of him as a rival than a role model.
