4. I tried reading Loveless, and it just bored me. I preferred Earthian and Genji to it. Even though Earthian's manga just frustrated the hell out of me, but the anime was pretty much what started my BL fascination. ♥ Yay Kagetsuya x Chihaya, Raphael x Michael? :3

12. This may be just my opinion, but... yaoi's certainly not meant to be original. Or fresh and new, though it's cool when it is. There IS Boy Love though, that's much more original and close-to-what-you've-explained-slash-as-being. Yaoi will always involve character mutilation, since it's mostly based off of other people's creations, but BL manga/anime is original and fun too. Live and let live, I guess?
