Where was the influence? What was her big moment (that had nothing to do with being possessed by the TARDIS)?
I'm thinking Dalek, actually. I see her as the person who taught the Doctor how to be ... compassionate again, to a certain degree. I don't know if that's the right word, but at the moment, it's the only one that's coming to mind.
For my part, I think Ten and Rose were unhealthily codependent on each other. (I have a theory about the Doctor's personality being dependent on the circumstances of his regeneration, and Rose being present at his regeneration affecting how he turned out ... well, and Tennant said in an interview that Ten basically imprinted onto her, which explains so much when you think about it.)
