I have said this before and am repeating myself. Some acts heavily imply consent. Consent is not always specifically stated in consensual sex. That does not make it rape.

People generally do not go down a checklist

-can I kiss you? - check
-can I stroke your leg? - check
-can I take of your bra? -check

If body language, or perceived body languages is contradictory with your wishes not to have sex, that is rather a problem.
