Maybe you would like the book's movie, I watched parts of it and come to terms that one of the guys they eventually tortured and shit was pretty hot. That said, disgusting as the book is, the movie is disturbingly juxtaposed with beautiful cinematography that masks it as a nice Italian movie.

Slight OT but I envy people who come to terms with their sexuality or raunchy porn through works of the supposed pornography canon. Me, I think I have seen it all as a 14 year old through taking in page after page of stories on Aarin Fantasy and lurid archives...
