You'll need something called a flashcart (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nintendo_DS_storage_devices), and there are many different kinds. I use a DSTT and it works well with most games, but I bought it quite some time ago and I'm not sure what the recommended card is now. If you check DS homebrew forums, you should find detailed advice.
