Don't feel like a hypocrite. Any feminist worth hir salt knows that believing men and women are equal means that having female anatomy does not invalidate someone's identity as a man, and that man is betraying no cause by changing his body to reflect his gender. A person's sex, regardless of whether they were born with it or transitioned, should have no impact on their ability to be a feminist.

I am really, really sorry you had/have to go through that bullcrap. Anti-trans women give feminists a bad name.
