Oh hello there!

You know, there are a lot of things I like about Ohio-- King's Island, Cedar Point, the zoos, Hocking Hills-- but it's impossible to find a job (I have medical restrictions!) and I'm so tired of cold weather I could spit darts. Hahaha!!

Lately I've been talking about moving to Texas for better weather (hotter in the summer though it may be), but it'll be a while before I can afford to pack up my five cats and move there. If ever!

20 years is far too long to be living in Cincinnati without reaching for a glass of Drano. There's no opportunity for me in this podunk town- the only real place for me to go is the Enquirer (I'm a journo major) and what if they don't hire me or what if I get hired and then get downsized.

What in fandom does NOT interest me: Hardcore RPS tinhats and/or 'soulbonding'. I'm also currently bored of gratuitous fandom porn but I imagine that'll pass. And I used to RP but I quit due to being a nobweiner, although I still keep tabs on the scene.
Major Non-fandom Interests: MUSIC STUDENT (specifically, soundtrack composition), so I geek out/bitch about music creation a lot. I'm also quite fond of science in general, and I also like spamming Twitter with snarky comments about the book I'm reading on my Kindle. I'm a bad designer, but I like typography a lot.
