1. I WANT TO BE ONE TOO. DDD:

Re 6

I found out I was bisexual through fandom. It didn't go away once I left the computer.

6) ...I could say so many things about this, but it would incriminate me horribly and require me revealing stuff about my past that's better left unsaid. I must say, however, that no matter the origins, the woman in my icon makes me VERY HAPPY if you know what I mean. :|

11) I'm about the same way with Bleach.

7. I agree with everything there except Chibiusa being best and not standing Ami, but those are opinions so I totally respect them (because Chibiusa is awesome, but I think Mako is best and I like Ami because when I first saw the series I was like her.) I'm actually watching the whole series, all of them, over again. The only reason I'm gritting my teeth and sticking with S is because Fisheye amuses the hell out of me.

8. TOTALLY! Digimon over the kids. But it REALLY sucked to have that series where the kids BECAME digimon. Ew.

16. Yeah, I agree but for different reasons. 23 has been my number for 5 years, and it's always been my good luck number. Like, a holy number if you would. I had so many ways of referring to it and I had a lot of jokes regarding it. It was my thing. But since the movie came out everyone gets all paranoid and stuff over it.

My tl;dr point on it... GIVE ME BACK MY NUMBER!

15. No offense meant here, but I second the motion.

Bisexual people do not exist. It just means you're still experimenting, or perhaps you're simply afraid to admit to your homosexuality anon

4. Uh... hope you're not on my f-list. *shifty eyes*

Now that isn't true. I know a gay guy who is very confident in his sexuality, and still has the hots for some women.

[identity profile] pimmy.livejournal.com 2007-06-02 09:51 pm (UTC)(link)
8. YES. the digimon need love too.
I'm so happy i didnt have the internets when digimon was popular. I cared more about drawing my own digimon and playing "lets pretend we're digimon" games with my siblings than WHAT CHARACTER GOES WITH WHAT.

10. The PW fandom has been infested with yaoi fangirls (some who havnt even PLAYED the games) and it's horrible T_T Someone start writing/drawing different pairings and maybe some HET pleaaase.

[identity profile] musouka-manga.livejournal.com 2007-06-02 09:51 pm (UTC)(link)
10 - Cry more. PW is a tiny fandom. YOU'RE not being opressed by the big, bad popular couple. (Besides, het gets more comments anyway)

Wrong. He's a robot.

2. You can have an orignal-looking style that still would be considered anime. =/ Not every anime has enortmous sparkly eyes and teensy noses and *~*~kawaii~*~* pentagonal faces.

11. CAPSLOCK COMMS 4 DA WIN.

15. Well, if it's IC, there's not much you can do about it. D:

[identity profile] pimmy.livejournal.com 2007-06-02 09:53 pm (UTC)(link)
that's WAY not true! A lot of people's sexuality isnt black or white, it's somewhere in the gray area.

[identity profile] moebot.livejournal.com 2007-06-02 09:54 pm (UTC)(link)
6.

I agree with the first part. Not the second. People come to terms with their sexuality in different ways, and if it's through fandom, I honestly don't think it's my place to trivialize what is usually an extremely personal road to self-discovery just because of that.

I used to have a knee-jerk reaction against people who claimed to be bisexual/gay just because it seemed that they took on that label to make themselves edgier, but then the same criticism was leveled at me for a different reason ("you've dated/had sex with guys in the past and you sometimes talk about guys being sexy, you can't be a real lesbian!") and it really hurt, so it made me re-evaluate my position on doing the same to others.

My friend Ray. Him and his boyfriend enjoy a very loving and... active relationship, but he does appreciate women, he just likes his boyfriend more. They are SO cute together.

Um... excuse me? Yes, we do. No, we're not experimenting, and we're not afraid of "admitting our homosexuality". Some might be, but most of us aren't.

If anything, the rigid boundaries of heterosexual and homosexual don't exist. I think we all have the capacity to be attracted to anyone - to any gender.

2. Though I am suffering from a similar problem, anime is not at all to blame. You should blame yourself for choosing to draw that way. Hell, I blame myself.

4. I hate people who defriend people over what they like. So they like something squickly, big deal. To each his own. If people defriended people for one interest they don't like, they'd probably have no friends at all. You can hate an interest sure, but I think hating a person over it is stupid.

...Unless like, the thing you hate is all they talk about. That's kinda understandable then. D:

6. For some reason I wanted to bitch about this. Then I remembered that I don't really have much of a sex drive so it'd be pointless to really state an opinion on it.

Well... that too. And we believe he might be physically attracted to his computer tower.

[identity profile] staticlights.livejournal.com 2007-06-02 09:54 pm (UTC)(link)
11. yup. That sums up my feelings quite nicely as well

#8, I was always liked the non-humans better on both Digimon and Pokemon. I RPed being a Pokemon in the wild with my friends, rather than being a trainer.

#16, I know how you feel. Not about the number 23, but other stuff that was relatively unknown and then got ruined by new stuff.
