I like this rule, and would like to add to it: If someone paraphrases someone else's opinion with ALL-CAPS, typos, and a plethora of exclamation points, or punctuates said phrase with OMGs and LOLs, then they are also constructing a blatant and irritating strawman.

Few things on the internet bug me more than when people do this.
