Doctors Without Borders is probably my favourite group, I don't know if they're involved in the Japan situation right now but considering their very humanitarian-based work I would assume so. You can have the website if you'd like.

I don't have any other sites on me right now, but Doctors Without Borders is definitely worth checking out. I know a lot of different journalists and human rights specialists consider it the best around.
