I love her to bits because she just doesn't give a fuck. She's going to have fun, do what makes her happy, dress however she wants, live life on her own terms, and haters to the left. She knows who she is and she owns it.

And because that, I actually think she's an excellent role model, especially for girls. Ke$ha isn't shaming anybody, isn't telling anybody else how to live their life. She's just getting on with hers, exactly how she wants to.

(This is why 'Crazy Beautiful Life' is maybe my favourite of all of her songs.)
