I don't know, a hot guy might be an incentive for me to give a show a try even if I didn't find it interesting otherwise, but I certainly wouldn't stick around and watch a show I find stupid/boring just because there's a hot guy. Of course hot guys help, but one hot guy alone won't make up for a show I completely hate otherwise.
