Can we stop talking about 100% fictional characters being "exploited"? Does no one believe in the fiction/reality line anymore?

Seriously, the reason I read slash is that I would never want to see live action porn of some of my more questionable fantasies. I go to fanfic BECAUSE I respect real people too much to put them through Stockholm Syndrome/slavery/torture/etc.
