You do realize there's a very large gap between "enduring a shitty, inhumane job" and "rage-quitting after screaming at your boss"?

If you don't like your job and genuinely believe you'll be better without it, a polite resignation letter is fine. Rage-quitting and screaming at your boss just makes you look like a fool and destroys a potential reference for future jobs. The only peerson who loses out is the one who screamed at their boss.
