Look, I know it seems hard now, but you really should talk to someone. Get a therapist if you can afford it or if they're free in your country, tell a family member if you're on good terms with them, tell a teacher if you're in education, tell your boss, tell your fandom friend, do whatever you can. What you're saying isn't normal, and if you need outside help to recover, there's no shame in it.
