More mod posts, blarg.

- Photobucket accounts: there's been some concern about people pretending to be others and submitting secrets supposedly about them. After talking about it, we decided that we ARE still going to post image links as-is, but if the LJ user with the same name as the account asks us to take it down, we will. Just as a security thing.

- Please don't use imagesocket or imagevenue to host your images (we always end up having to transload them anyway, as the direct image links don't work). Imageshack and tinypic are preferred, try to use those if possible!

- Reminder:
1. Post the text links to your images, not the images themselves
2. One secret link per comment
3. 800x800 or less

Uhhhhhh stuff. I think that's it.

Week isn't over yet, and we don't post them in order, don't worry until next week? We do post all of them, it's just easier for us if they're text links.

Question, how do you actually submit. I read your rules and still didn't get it

1. Each week (or whenever the list of secrets-to-be-posted runs out), one of the mods will put up a Secret Submissions Post in the community.

...

3. Upload your secret-image onto the internet through whatever image-sharing service you like, then post a link to your secret-image as an anonymous comment to the current Secret Submissions Post.

4. If you have more than one secret to post, post each as a separate comment.

5. Be sure to include all warnings that apply to your secret-image along with the comment. Also, you are responsible for knowing where the link to your image goes; we will not take the blame for broken links or any wank created by someone else discovering who submitted a certain secret.

6. That's it! Wait for your secret to be posted in one of the following secret posts! Secret posts will be done once every day at around 7 PM EST.

WARNING: Any secret depicting fanfic/fanart in the image will be taken down upon the request of the original author/artist.
