I agree with you about Inception. It's pretty obvious, watching it, that they wanted to show off this really neato dream-sharing idea that one of the writers had (which, to be fair, is pretty neato) and the story was just a vehicle to do that. So, ultimately, the story being told wasn't really that...interesting.

Made me think, though, so that was nice.
