I'm curious how this is an insult. To fuck oneself, I suppose, would mean masturbating (or perhaps the use of toys) which, in most cases, people find quite enjoyable. A better comeback would be "go perform menial chores that make you unhappy" or "go visit your in-laws for brunch". Come on. Try harder.
