If this makes you go "RACIST MOTHERFUCKERS", I can't help but wonder how you'd feel if the original Fury had been black -- and then turned white for the movies. Of course the opposite doesn't bother you, but you know what? There wasn't a whole lot of fanworks for this character even back then.
