Well, they could be bi, which is my point. Bisexuality can be used as a way to both have your character have a queer identity and not disqualify or ignore any canonical opposite-sex love interests. Bisexuality seems to have been the trend in fic for the past few years, which makes me really happy. Also having a dick=/=man, not having a dick=/=not a man.
