With Aberforth- I think her explanation is something like he uses spells to make them talk (maybe with funny voices). IDK.
But I'm not sure about the centaurs and Umbridge. Considering how much she hated half-breeds, and was pretty much all-out xenophobic- and how much the centaurs couldn't stand wizards and witches- I highly doubt they even went so far as rape. Though they definitely scared her.
