For endgame, after all the avenging is done, I can only see Emily and Nolan riding off together into the sunset. He knows all the horrible stuff she's done and gone through, and he's ok with that. (For god's sake, he picked her up outside of prison!) He knew and respected and owes a lot to her father. And he's not afraid to call her out on certain things when he thinks she's going a little too far. Of course, her response has mostly been to grab him by the throat and slam him into a wall when she thinks he's messing with her, but she seemed to warm up to him as the season progressed.

I think they're meant for each other, personally. After all the avenging is done.
