Word. Plus, not everyone who's been raped is going to be full-on triggered by discussions of rape, but some might still want to avoid such discussions in the 'mere' interest of not feeling like crap. I don't really have rape triggers, definitely none that can be set off by words on a screen, but hell yes I will sometimes avoid things with trigger warnings all over them because I don't want to end up chewing on the same stupid memories all night. And I am pretty fed up with SJWs who have no intermediate category between "imperative need that must be accomodated to the letter at all times, on pain of forfeiting Basic Human Decency forever" and "cry moar, you entitled fucknugget."

Also, I am amused that fandom seems to have come full circle from "Stick everything in the warnings section, some people will use it to avoid but mostly it'll serve as advertising" to "These things must always be warned for, preferably in language that suggests possible dire repercussions, and also these other things must never be put in anything labeled a warning 'cos that'd be judgemental" on back to "oh, maybe there are reasons to note that Here Be Rape Mentions besides the risk of giving people flashbacks, let's just stick everything in a Content Notes section and let people make of it what they will."
