Anyway, um, like I said, a lot of this is just up to individual readers' interpretation. Personally I've never really seen implying Tony's promiscuity is related to his Issues as slutshaming, because in the majority of fics it usually emphasizes that it wasn't the sex itself but the stuff surrounding his rampant, casual sex that was a symptom of said issue. (i.e. the sex was good in one-night stands, but the avoiding people and making his assistant deal with them the morning after was bad; or the sex would be good, but he's so intoxicated while trying to have sex that something goes wrong, they abuse him or they're spies or...you get the idea).
I think the issue you presented would mostly be fine. So long as, when you point to the sleeping around being a symptom of your character's problem, you take the emphasis off the sex on put it on the maltreatment (i.e. the sex is okay, but never learning from his bad experiences and letting women mistreat him is not) then you should be fine.
