Most people don't know how many amazing artists are on deviantART. I don't recall who that artist is off the top of my head, but just because dA is full of anime and kids doesn't mean that there aren't photorealistic pros on the site. Alas, as lot of them don't have half the page counts or faves of the fanartists.
