I have a TON of ships like that. Plenty of them for shows I don't even watch.
I've realized it's honestly helpful to the overall longevity of my interest in a pairing. When I watch something and I adore a character and also this other character and I adore them as a couple even more, I get way more picky about the fic, and I am much more likely to be pissed off by fandom antics, both from fellow fans and haters. The less I care about the ship, the more stuff I can shrug off.
Not being overly invested! It's a good thing! (For some of us, anyway.)
