23 -- I kind of feel the same way as you do, except in reverse. D: To me, slice of life = mind-numbingly boring. All the characters are always the same, and they big conflicts in the stories are usually the same. It just gets boring and repetitive.

I tried to like that stuff. I really did. I read Hana Yori Dango, I read Marmalade Boy, Kare Kano, all that stuff.

And I felt like gouging out my own eyes afterwards.

For me, the sci-fi action stuff just owns it so bad. D:
