4. =/ I used to be such a huge fan of the other Gundam series. And Wing was awesome, back when I didn't know there was a fandom and didn't read retarded subtext into it. But what can you do. People forget the other (EXTREMELY AWESOME) series exist.

22. I watched that series years ago, and loved it, though I never finished it. It's intelligent, engaging, and pretty deep, for an anime. I didn't even know it got bashed. =/ Come on, guys. The show has a brain. Love it for its brain?

29. Okay, I don't even read KHFFR. But. My only beef with Nomura? Yes, he can do whatever he wants with his own series. But he is CONSTANTLY FUCKING UP THE CONTINUITY OF HIS OWN CANON. Between plotholes, timejumps, sheer nonsensicality, and just plain weirdness, Nomura has done terrible, terrible things to HIS OWN CONTINUITY - as well as his own characters, by having them do things that are COMPLETELY CONTRADICTORY to their own natures and what has already been stated about them, and the canon in general.

Don't get me wrong. I love the man and what he's given us. But I wish he could keep things straight in his head. =/

... tl;dr point being - as long as he MAKES IT WORK, I've got no issues with the 14th member, or with the other WTF stuff going on. I just don't have all that much faith it won't be brain breaking somehow. Also, I'm starting to believe he actually reads fanfiction and HE'S DOING ALL OF THIS ON PURPOSE.
