I personally don't think they're necessary.

Personally, I find the linebreaks a bit distracting >_>

The line breaks are good. It helps cut down on MY STARING AT A SECRET JUST TO FIND OUT WHAT NUMBER IT WAS.

LINEBREAKS ARE GREAT. \o/

It doesn't matter to me either way, but I went with yes since when I post things that have A Lot Of Stuff To It I like it to look neat. And linebreaks are neatlooking. ):

I like 'em cause then when my net is slow and one or two haven't loaded completely I know there's more coming instead of missing the bits at the bottom. Sometimes it's not obvious.

I find them really distracting and annoying, but that's probably just me :/

I CAN'T DECIDE,SO I SAID SNARRRRRRRG. D: Sometimes I can't tell where one secret ends and another begins, so I suppose they'd be useful at those times.

I like them because sometimes the secrets get numbered weird, so it makes it a little easier when I want to comment.

I like them because that way I know when secrets aren't showing up for me, rather than just skipping a secret. (:

I think they're kind of ugly. :(
