I think one of my favorite scenes in the entire series thusfar is the one from "Conflict Resolution" where Michael is reading aloud every complaint regarding every prank Jim has pulled on Dwight and they just keep cutting back to Jim as he slowly but surely realizes that he's actually kind of a douchebag. I enjoy him in the show but I completely agree that if I knew him in real life I would probably really detest him.
