24. Freaky Fred is my favourite CtCD villain, aside from Dr. Zalost (I think he's from a newer episode, but I could be wrong. Anyway, he's freaking awesome.) I haven't seen Fred's episode in a long time, but I still love the thought of him being so set on fulfilling his fetish without batting an eye. Oh, the giggles.
